3 TOWERS UP TO 40 FLOORS · VAKE, TBILISI · ALLIANCE GROUP
Alliance Group's largest mixed-use project in Tbilisi: up to 40 floors, penthouses, and the international Wyndham Garden hotel in the 26-story Tower C.
About the Project
Alliance Highline is a project by developer Alliance Group (active in the Batumi and Tbilisi markets since 2005, with over $2 billion in total investment across the company's projects) on Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district. The complex consists of three round towers on a shared podium: Tower A at 40 floors, Tower B at 33 floors (both residential), and Tower C at 26 floors, home to the international Wyndham Garden hotel.
Apartments come in a compact investment format — studios from 32.5 m², one- and two-bedroom units up to 80 m², plus penthouses on the upper floors. Construction began in 2019, with Towers A and B expected to be handed over in Q4 2026, and the hotel tower, C, in Q4 2027.
The complex is located next to Dinamo Stadium (Mikheil Meskhi), a large park, and within walking distance of the company's office at 39a Chavchavadze Avenue.
